Terms and conditions

1. Service provider and purpose of this document

Services are provided under the trading name GeoMetric Design. Full legal, tax, and billing details will be included in the Project Sheet and payment documents.

These Terms and conditions form the framework agreement for the collaboration. For each engagement, the Project Sheet will specify the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and any specific terms accepted by both parties.

2. GeoMetric Design services

GeoMetric Design provides technical furniture design, 3D modelling, documentation, parts and materials lists, consulting, and, when agreed, technical project monitoring.

The exact scope of the service and the limits of responsibility are set out in the Project Sheet accepted by both parties.

3. Project request and acceptance

Submitting the form is a request for review and does not require GeoMetric Design to accept the project. The provider reviews the information, workload, and availability, then communicates whether the request is accepted or declined.

Design work begins only after GeoMetric Design accepts the request, sends the Project Sheet, the client accepts it, and the deposit payment is confirmed.

4. Price and deposit

The price and deposit are set after the project and selected service level are reviewed, based on the volume, complexity, and agreed deliverables.

The deposit is agreed by both parties and deducted from the total price. The balance and its payment date will be specified in the Project Sheet.

Before design work begins, after the payment method is agreed by both parties, the client receives a payment link or QR code showing the deposit amount. Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer, including via MIA or to the IBAN provided by GeoMetric Design. Design work begins only after receipt of the deposit has been confirmed.

5. Information supplied by the client

The client is responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, sketches, photographs, appliance models, materials, and all other supplied information. Any change must be communicated before final project approval.

JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF files are used only to review and provide the requested service. The client confirms that they are entitled to submit these materials.

6. Deliverables, revisions, and timeline

The exact deliverables and number of included revisions are defined in the Project Sheet. New requirements or changes to the brief after approval may change the price and timeline.

The work period begins after all necessary information is received and the deposit is confirmed. Delays caused by missing information or late client responses extend the timeline accordingly.

7. Consulting and monitoring

Consulting and monitoring are included only in the selected service level described in the Project Sheet. Monitoring means follow-up and technical clarification and does not transfer the contractor's responsibility for production, installation, or safety compliance to GeoMetric Design.

8. Cancellation, suspension, and refunds

The conditions covering cancellation, suspension, the deposit, and any refunds are stated in the Project Sheet and apply together with mandatory rights under the laws of the Republic of Moldova, including consumer rights.

If GeoMetric Design does not accept the project, the client is not asked to pay for work to begin.

9. Personal data and acceptance records

Personal data is processed only to the extent needed to manage the request, communicate, prepare and carry out the collaboration, provide services, manage the project, make and confirm payments, issue related documents, and comply with applicable legal obligations. It is not used for incompatible purposes.

Data is kept for as long as needed for the request and collaboration, then only as required by legal obligations, applicable limitation periods, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. It is then deleted or anonymised as appropriate.

Where applicable under law, the data subject may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting prior lawful processing. Details are in the Privacy policy.

For each agreement, the agreement type, confirmation text, date and time, Terms version, and applicable Privacy policy version are retained. No unnecessary additional data is collected for this proof.

10. Inappropriate data, messages, and files

GeoMetric Design may reject, block, or remove information, messages, or files that are manifestly illegal, abusive, malicious, dangerous to platform security, likely to impair system operation, or not reasonably related to the request or services.

This measure is applied only for objective and proportionate reasons related to content, security, or relevance and does not permit arbitrary blocking of legitimate client information.

11. Electronic acceptance

The client must open the document, read it to the end, and personally tick the box confirming that they have read, understood, and accepted it. The box is not selected automatically.

Without express acceptance, the form cannot be submitted, the service cannot be requested, and the payment process cannot begin.
